The DISC Distribution Management System for Office Coffee Service has been developed for the operator who wants a complete management system to control office coffee, cooperative vending service and inventory management. DMS provides comprehensive route sales, invoicing, receivable and customer profitability analysis in a turn key program designed to improve management control of your Office Coffee and/or Bottled Water operations.

The DMS/OCS System has been designed to operate as a complete stand alone system, or in conjunction with other DISC and/or general accounting software. An optional hand held computer eliminates tedious data entry tasks and re-processing of inventory and route sales information. The route driver/salesman has full control of his daily route information and can even print invoices in the field.

DMS/Office Coffee Manager is a full featured Distribution Management system that provides comprehensive inventory, sales, invoicing and reporting functions designed to put you in control of your Office Coffee and/or Bottled Water operations. DMS provides a flexible platform for retrieving information from inventory, equipment and customer history files through easy to understand and use Menu Prompts that customize reports to your own specifications. All reports are created using user defined time periods. Reporting periods are stored for Day, Week, Month, Calendar Year, Fiscal Year and special periods (i.e.: Holidays).

    Sales by Item by Customer: A purchasing profile revealing ordering frequency, seasonal fluctuations and sales trends.

    Total Company Sales by Item: Aggregate quantity sold, the average selling price per unit and gross profit, illustrate new product acceptance, promotion effectiveness and price point analysis.

    Sales by Route: Monitor route driver incentive programs and/or driver productivity.

    Taxes collected by City, County and State: For use by Accounting staff, Auditors and State Taxing Authorities.

    Water Bottle Deposits Paid Vs Bottles Returned: Reconcile customer bottle deposits and track bottles to be picked up by route personnel.

    Sales history files are automatically updated during the Posting of Invoices to the Accounts Receivable process. The Pre-Post feature guarantees that proper periods are defined in the period file for dates being posted.
